CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT FOR ASSIGNMENT OF HOUSING FOR TOURIST USE

1st ACCEPTANCE.- The guest accepts the following conditions for the occupation of the property for tourist use for the period, amount and occupants object of this contract.

2nd USER.- The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the veracity of the data entered.

3rd EQUIPMENT.- The guest assumes responsibility for the conservation of the apartment, the furniture and the equipment as they have found it at the entrance and undertakes to leave it in the same state at the exit, while returning the keys to the apartment.

4th OCCUPANTS.- The guest may only accommodate the maximum number of people defined in the characteristics of the apartment, with the limit of the reservation made.

5. NEIGHBORS.- All the occupants of the apartment undertake to respect the residents of the building and nearby houses, not making annoying noise or playing music at inappropriate volumes. We reserve the right to cancel this contract with immediate effect and without compensation in case of non-compliance with the rules of respect for neighbors, as well as will loose the amount of the guarantee indicated in the 6th and 8th conditions.

6th PREPAYMENT.- The system requests a payment or guarantee by credit card as well as the reservation is being conditional on the acceptance of payment by the bank. If there is a remaining amount, it must be paid according to the rate conditions, or where appropriate, on the day of arrival, at the time of handing over the keys, either in cash or by credit card.

7th CLEANING.- The apartment will be made available to the guest properly cleaned. The guest undertakes to leave the apartment in reasonable cleanliness conditions without garbage or food remains.

8th GUARANTEE.- The guest will leave a credit card guarantee deposit at the entrance for the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit will be fully returned 7 days after departure except in the event that defects are detected in the apartment, furniture or equipment or situations of extreme dirt and debris, as well as inconvenience caused by excessive noise, organization of parties or for not complying with the rules of respect for neighbors. The cost involved in restoring the conditions that the apartment had at the entrance will be deducted from the amount of the deposit, which will be full in the event of the prohibitions inherent to hiring; No parties, no smoking or no noise from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

9th DEPARTURE.- The guest agrees to vacate the apartment and return all the keys before 12 noon on the day of departure. In the event that the apartment is not vacated, the client will pay a daily amount of double the contracted daily amount as well as claims for damages that may be objected by other people with confirmed reservations.

10th EXPRESS AUTHORIZATION.- The guest expressly authorizes that on the day of departure, from 12:00 p.m., the owner can access the house to clean, collect and, where appropriate, if any, guard the possessions of the client at the company's central office, at Calle Cortina del Muelle, 11, 29015 Málaga for a maximum period of 7 days.

11. MODIFICATIONS.- We reserve the right to change the contracted apartment for one of similar or superior characteristics in cases of force majeure such as occupation or damage occurring after the reservation date. These changes will have no cost to the customer.

12th CANCELLATION.- The cancellation policies are based on the selected rates. Non-refundable rates have a penalty of 100% of the amount of the reservation.

13. VALUABLE OBJECTS.- It is the responsibility of the client to guard at all times the money and/or valuable objects that they may bring. Neither the owner of the apartment, villa or hotel, nor the property insurance, nor Del Parque Flats can be responsible for what they may bring in case of loss, theft or robbery during their stay at the property.
