The house offers a peaceful setting with views over the boulevard and sandy beach, yet is surrounded by Málaga’s best chiringuitos and seafood restaurants. The vibrant city centre is easily reached — by bike in about 15 minutes, or by bus (running every 15 minutes, from two streets away) in around 20 minutes.

El Palo is known as a humble fishing village. This historic neighbourhood has preserved its maritime roots, with friendly locals and a truly Andalusian character.
It’s one of Málaga’s oldest and most traditional districts. The original beach houses once served as fish distribution points, and in earlier times, the Cenachero — a local fish vendor carrying woven baskets known as cenachas — would roam the streets offering the daily catch. That spirit of simplicity and warmth still lives on today.
