Charming 2 people apartment in the heart of the city of Málaga. 1 double bed bedroom, kitchen and living room, balcony and courtyard.
THE SPACE: Wide, spacious rooms with high ceilings. Big windows. Wooden oak floors. Balcony overlooking buzz of central Malaga. Private small courtyard with lots of light. A very comfortable, newly decorated and spacious apartment ideally in the very centre of Malaga.
NEIGHBOURHOOD: The centre of Malaga is very beautiful and lively. The apartment is in the 'Picasso neighbourhood' (in fact the apartment is metres away from Picasso's birthplace) and you have everything within walking distance to enjoy the cultural, gastronomical and Andalucian highlights the city offers: museums, theatres, bars, restaurants, markets and shops. Plenty of squares and parks and streets to walk through. And the Malagueta beach with its typical 'chiringuitos' to eat the local fish and southern Spanish specialities only 15 minutes away on foot.

t’s a great place to stay! Great location and walking distance to literally everything. Del Parque Flats is an amazing host and very friendly. We got in super late and he was accommodating to that too. The home is very clean and decorated nicely which is always a plus.

My stay at Letran’s place was enjoyable. It was centrally located and the apartment itself was spacious. I would recommend it to my friends traveling to Malaga!

Letran’s apartment is stylish, clean, and in a great location. We really liked the location, as we could walk everywhere and near lots of great restaurants and shopping. The bed was large, but not the most comfortable. Like others mentioned, it can be loud at night due to the street below, but it is not an issue whatsoever if the windows are shut. We would definitely stay at Paulo’s again if we had the chance!
